OUR ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Feedback
The greater the detail provided in your feedback, the easier it will be for us to understand the concerns or comments. Information such as the date, activity being performed, and the name of the webpage in question can help with this understanding.
Anonymous Feedback
When providing feedback you can supply contact details, but this is not mandatory. Should you wish to submit anonymously, you should use the online form noted below in the Feedback Methods section.

Feedback Acknowledgement
An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent automatically for feedback received by email. As feedback provided by telephone involves direct contact with an IT Weapons employee, that employee will acknowledge receipt of the feedback. Where mail is the method of feedback, an acknowledgement letter will be sent by mail if contact information is included.
How Feedback Will Be Used
Feedback will help IT Weapons continuously improve. Some feedback may not require a direct response or immediate follow-up, and some may highlight issues that need to be addressed right away. However, all feedback received will help us develop our future accessibility plans. The personal information, if provided, of those submitting feedback, along with the content of the feedback, remains confidential and is only for the purpose of enhancing and evolving the Accessibility plan.
