Since then he has been an integral part of our consulting team's success. Mark has extensive system administration knowledge; he has implemented and managed Active Directory domains, Microsoft Exchange environments, and a variety of other systems for small to medium sized businesses. His technical expertise lies with network management systems, designing and supporting network infrastructures, and LAN/WAN technologies. In addition to his technical abilities, Mark has a great personal rapport with our clients and team members alike. Huw joined our team in 2006 with a wealth of IT security experience in various industries, from entertainment production to computer distribution. His ability to adapt network and security technologies to fit any organization's needs makes him a valuable asset to both IT Weapons and our clients alike. Huw has implemented Biometrics, log consolidation systems, and he has been involved in several compliance and gap analyses for government auditors. He always looks forward to the challenges that a new project presents to our consulting team. Huw enjoys theatre, ballroom dancing, and singing. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management from Ryerson University. Hersh's in-class training and customer service experience have certainly contributed to the ongoing success of our consulting team. He graduated with a degree in Engineering from the University of Guelph in 2007. His technical expertise is a real asset to our team. Mike was attracted to IT Weapons by the great dynamic team environment and the ability learn and apply the latest and greatest in computer technology. In his spare time, Mike enjoys poker, basketball, and mixed martial arts. He is also the only member of our team to scale Mount Fuji. He joined our team as a Consultant in September 2008. His technical expertise has been a great addition to our organization. Anthony Cheng Consultant B.sc, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP A University of Waterloo Physics graduate, Anthony joined our Networking team in September 2011. he came with some impressive work experience and a passion for computer technology. Previously in his career he even built a network monitoring system for the Government of Ontario. When it comes to IT Weapons, he was inspired by the opportunity to work with cutting edge network virtualization and cloud computing technologies. Outside the office, Anthony likes to spend time with his loved ones and tinker under the hood of his computer. "The Net is vast and infinite."
