With over ten years of consulting and helpdesk experience, he does a great job ensuring our clients receive fast, high-level technical support. Kevin is a great team leader and he loves having the ability to help people and organizations in need. For Kevin, IT Weapons is just like a family. Trevor is a recent graduate of Sheridan College's Information Technology Support Services Program. His expertise in network support, troubleshooting for Microsoft Office products, and his hands-on hardware experience make him a valuable asset to our organization. Dwayne joined our Technical Support Team as a Consultant in the summer of 2008. He comes with comprehensive knowledge of Helpdesk services, and is experienced in network support, server administration, and troubleshooting Microsoft technologies. He came to us with several years' helpdesk experience at a large facilties company. In 2004 he graduated from Sheridan College's Information Technology Support Services program. Arul Arulpragasam Technical Support Consultant The Service Desk team brought Arul onboard in May 2011. He joined us with Bachelor's degree in Commerce and IT Management from Ryerson University and a passion for technology. Outside of work Arul enjoys snowboarding and traveling; he's already been across Europe and to China. Arul has also spent time doing volunteer work with youths in Toronto. Gabriel is a native of Romania who moved to Canada in the 90s. When he's not on the Service Desk, Gabriel enjoys video games, F-1 racing, and soccer.
