Vanessa not only maintains our client tracking and billing system, she is our company Health and Safety Officer, and the IT Weapons registered physiotherapist! She enjoys the variety in her job and loves the team-oriented atmosphere of our company. Vanessa spends her free time travelling with her boys, gardening, and staying current on health and fitness.

Richard (Rick) MacBean
Director of Finance & Administration

Rick manages all of IT Weapons' internal operations. He joined the team in 2001, bringing over 30 years of experience in Logistics, Sales, Accounting, and Business Management. He oversees all company accounting practices and building operations. Our business simply could not run without him. Rick's dedication and commitment to IT Weapons is unparalleled. He believes that members of our team flourish because they are surrounded by energy; "the enthusiasm here is contagious". Rick loves to play bridge, go fishing with his sons, and spend time with his loving wife. He even has a river in New Brunswick named after him!

Eric Thomson

Eric joined the IT Weapons team in January 2011 with many years of experience in corporate finance and operations management. As his title suggests, Eric wears many hats around the office, acting as financial analyst, controller, process and system integrator for our CRM and accounting systems, administrator for our company's benefits and HR programs, and so much more. Outside the office, Eric enjoys traveling and spending time with his family.

Annabelle joined the IT Weapons team in November 2007 as an Accounting Administrator, bringing over nineteen years of knowledge and experience. Exhibiting remarkable dedication and ambition, Annabelle is an integral and enthusiastic member of our team. She enjoys the variety in her work and the company of her co-workers. Annabelle's hobbies include reading, exercise, cooking and baking. She is the proud mom of two wonderful boys and loves to spend time in the great outdoors.

Sherri MacBean
Administrative Assistant

Sherri came on board with IT Weapons in November 2009. She has over 7 years of experience in business administration and accounting. Sherri was attracted to IT Weapons because "it's such a positive, energetic environment... it makes you WANT to be a part of it." With her experience and passion for detail, Sherri is a definite asset to the team. When she's not in the office, Sherri enjoys travelling with family, spending time with her boys, and vegetable gardening.

Kirsten Kairis

Kirsten joined the IT Weapons Arsenal in December 2010. With over ten years experience in administration and business accounting, she is a great asset to our Admin Team. She says the energetic atmosphere at IT Weapons is what attracted her to the team. When Kirsten is not in the office, she is spending time with her son and her husband, traveling, or playing the piano. Kirsten is also a history buff known to frequent museums and heritage sites.
