| Chris Horne | Ian Harris | Ed Yoon | Sean Coughlin Chris Horne Chris joined IT Weapons in the fall of 2008, bringing a wealth of experience in Helpdesk management, wide area network design, and Data Centre infrastructure. Before joining our team Chris spent six years with a leading Health Care organization, managing large infrastructure projects. He also led their IT department for a seven-month term as Interim Director. Chris graduated from Compu College School of Business as an Information Systems Specialist. He is a Dale Carnegie graduate and he holds various industry certifications. Chris loves being a consultant for our clients because, "you get to see how you've helped their business and the work they do for their organization." Outside of the office, Chris likes to spend time in the gym training and boxing. He is even hoping for a few amateur fights soon. His experience in network infrastructure systems and Microsoft technologies makes him a tremendous resource for IT Weapons. Before joining our team in 2007, Ian worked at Microsoft in the Performance Team for Enterprise Platforms Support. His technical expertise ranges over core operating system components as well as systems performance, terminal servers, print servers, fax, and Internet Explorer. Ian's expertise as a Support Engineer, Technical Mentor, and a Technical Lead are essential in delivering enterprise-level system administration and support. When asked what he likes about IT Weapons, Ian kept it simple, "my team and my work". His hobbies include photography and model railroading. Edward is a graduate of Ryerson's BComm program in Information Technology management. He joined our technical support and consulting team in April 2009. With over nine years of experience in IT support and project management, Edward is a focused and dedicated addition to the team. When we asked what attracted him to IT Weapons, Edward said that "it is the strong collaborative and co-operative team environment and the unwavering focus on providing the right solutions for our clients." When he's not on the Helpdesk, Edward enjoys karate, playing golf, and mixed martial arts. He also admitted he is a big fan of 80's music. In addition to helping our clients, he plays a crucial role in maintaining the operations of the IT Weapons Data Centres. Sean has a Bachelor's Degree in Computing Systems from Trent University and post graduate diplomas in Computer Engineering from Fleming College. In his free time, Sean enjoys reading fiction, playing soccer, and following his favourite football clubs, Arsenal and Celtic. "Anything worth doing is worth doing well."
