Mike Dabner
VP, Business Process & Operations

Mike Joined IT Weapons in the fall of 2008. As Director of Managed Services, his role is to coordinate all our technical escalation support activities and oversee our Data Centre operations. Mike came to us after twenty years with a leading North American forest product distributor. During his tenure there, Mike acted as an Account Manager, Purchasing Manager, Operations Manager, and most recently, Director of Technology and Business Systems. As our Managed Services business continues to grow, Mike's knowledge and expertise will play a critical role in IT Weapons' success. Mike loves the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and young energetic people. His hobbies are tennis, gourmet cooking, and camping. Mike has run two half marathons and completed the 50k Sibley Cross Country Ski race in Thunder Bay.

Frank Maio
Manager of Client Services

Frank coordinates the operation of our entire Client Service department. With almost 20 years of experience in the IT industry, he joined our team in 2004. Frank's professionalism has helped forge lasting relationships with our clients and business partners alike, maximizing Return on Investment and reducing Total Cost of Ownership. The strength and solidarity of the IT Weapons sales team is a testament to Frank's influence as a leader, mentor, coach, and trusted advisor. His commitment to the IT Weapons team is unquestionable; he doesn't consider his role here a job, "it is more like being part of a family." Frank believes the greatest sense of accomplishment comes from helping his teammates and seeing them become successful. Frank is definitely our team's all around 'good guy'. He enjoys gardening, home renovation, and loves Formula 1 racing.

Brett Craig
Principal Account Manager
BA

Brett earned his Bachelor's degree from York University in 2005. Since joining IT Weapons shortly after graduation, Brett has proven to be a dedicated member of our Client Services team. We are proud to have him on board. Brett now manages some of our top financial, health, manufacturing, and property management accounts in the Greater Toronto Area. His expertise in customer service stems from his attention to detail and his hardworking "get it done" attitude. Brett is an avid car enthusiast and he loves to play hockey.

Chris De Melo
Senior Account Manager

Chris has been a member of the IT Weapons team since early 2006. He graduated from Sheridan College's Marketing program and is now an Account Manager for some of our top not-for-profit, health, retail, and communications/media clients in the Greater Toronto Area. Chris has worked hard to develop his own personalized customer-centric strategy, fostering strong long-term relationships with our clients. He believes that a job is done right when the client say their own jobs are easier and that he has helped to improve their organization. Chris also stays committed to his own professional development; he is currently pursuing a Business Management degree in Marketing at Ryerson University. He is a devoted soccer fan who enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, and playing video games.

Jennifer Parsons
Client Services Representative

Jennifer joined the IT Weapons Client Services team in December 2009 with fifteen years experience in IT sales and support.  Her familiarity with key hardware and software vendors makes her a real asset to the team.  Always looking for a challenge, Jennifer was drawn to IT Weapons by the fun, fast-paced work environment.  In her spare time she likes to stay busy with recreational boating, exercise, and travel.

Phil Bradley
Account Manager

Phil joined our team in August 2011 with plenty of experience in IT sales and service in the SMB marketplace.  His technical abilities are certainly a great asset to our Client Service team. He was drawn to IT Weapons by the challenging, team-focused environment.  Outside of work Phil loves carpentry and home renovations, he carries a mean Karaoke tune, and he is our only  competitive 5-Pin bowler.

Dennis Plesa
Logistics and Facilities

After several years at the Forzani Group, Dennis joined IT Weapons in April, 2010.  With plenty of customer service and logistics experience, we are lucky to have him on the team.  Dennis was excited to be part of IT Weapons because of the opportunities for growth and professional development.  He is a big sports fan, enjoys Ontario fishing, and even plays bass guitar in a band.

Michael Persaud
Client Services Representative

The Client Services team acquired Michael in August, 2011. He joined our team with over 14 years sales experience in the IT channel and a degree in Computer Science from Ryerson University.  Michael's enthusiasm and positivity are a great addition to our team. When he's not in the office he enjoys gardening, personal fitness, and honing his culinary skills.
