Since earning his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson's Information Technology Management program, he has continued his professional development with vigour. He has acquired several high-level accreditations in Citrix and Microsoft technologies and is now one of our most valued senior consultants. Nuno has certainly embraced the IT Weapons vision, developing his own customer-centric mandate; "delivering the right solution on time and under budget." He is a proud member of our team and maintains that our work is the best in the field. When he's not working Nuno likes to go camping, ice-fishing, and playing poker. Jason Lau Jason's skills and experience in network infrastructure systems and Microsoft technologies make him an important resource for IT Weapons. Prior to joining our team in 2007, Jason worked at Microsoft, where his primary focus was in Enterprise Platforms Support and Deployment. Jason enjoys the high level of camaraderie at IT Weapons and loves having near limitless resources to provide our clients with world-class service. Jimmy Leyow Jimmy's experience in the core technologies of Microsoft's operating systems makes him an important member of the IT Weapons team. Before joining us in late 2007, Jimmy worked with Microsoft providing Enterprise Platform Support. He is now responsible for the design and implementation of all Citrix XenDesktop solutions offered by IT Weapons. Jimmy has extensive knowledge delivering enterprise-level administration and support for operating system performance, terminal servers, print servers, fax, and Internet Explorer. He loves the challenges of the fast paced, hands-on work that our consulting team provides. Jimmy hails from the 'land of wood and water', and enjoys soccer, badminton, beaches, and cuisine. Jonathan Arora A graduate of Ryerson University, Jonathan received a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management. He joined our technical support team as a Helpdesk Technician in the summer of 2007. His experience in end-user desktop support and customer service have made him an integral part of our consulting team, mentoring our junior teams and working on large client projects. Jonathan enjoys the dynamic learning environment that IT Weapons provides, striving to improve his own skill set every day. His hobbies are hockey and video games. Chris joined our Technical Support Team in May 2009 after graduating from the University of Western Ontario and spending his summers on the helpdesk at a large technology corporation. He is now an important part of our Citrix team. Chris was excited by the fact that IT Weapons is a growing company filled with opportunity. It feels good to know that no job is too small and everything we do matters. Chris enjoys playing hockey and golf. And he does both really well!
