We are delighted to announce that IT Weapons has been honoured in three different categories at this year's Computer Dealer News (CDN) Channel Elite Awards. The IT Weapons team took home silver awards for Best Managed Services, Best Service Organization, and Best Enterprise Solution. The awards were presented September 29th during a gala at the Paramount Conference and Events Venue in Vaughan, Ontario.
CDN's Channel Elite Awards recognize IT Solution Providers for their innovation, leadership and commitment to creating value for their customers. CDN, Canada's number one IT channel publication recognizes Solution Providers in nine categories including Solution Provider of the Year and Best Green Solution. "This year's Channel Elite Awards had a renewed vibe of optimism. Solution Providers from across Canada submitted solutions in record numbers and the gala event saw attendees from the majority of the provinces. The Channel Elite Award program demonstrates that Canada has a growing number of talented, innovative Solution Providers that are capable of delivering solutions that help businesses of all sizes." said Paolo Del Nibletto, editor of CDN.
Representing the IT Weapons team at the event were company founders Jason MacBean and Ted Garner, our director of managed services Mike Dabner, along with sales manager Frank Maio, senior account manager Brett Craig, marketing manager Anthoula Ellinidis, and communications specialist Jeremy MacBean. The team also invited two of their most valued customers, Jean-Louis Marin, CIO for FirstOnSite Restoration, and Andrew Lemon, Director of Performance & Information Management from Ornge to share in the celebration. The innovative work that was completed at these organizations was a major contribution to IT Weapons being nominated for the Channel Elite Awards.
"This was the first time IT Weapons was recognized by CDN with a Channel Elite Award nomination. We won three silver awards - more than any other finalist. We are so proud of these accomplishments, and I think this speaks volumes about the quality of our work and the dedication of our team," said Ted Garner, CEO of IT Weapons.
