| IT Weapons is proud to announce another 2 additions to our Technical Support Service Desk. Here we grow again! Rick Mahadeo comes on board as a Technical Support Consultant, and Anita fills a new emergent role on the ever-expanding Service Desk team. She is our newly christened Service Desk Coordinator, responsible for monitoring inbound ticket and alert traffic, and helping with service call dispatching. A warm welcome to Rick and Anita!
