Ted is one of the co-founders of IT Weapons. He graduated from Seneca College with an honours diploma in Computer Engineering Technology. He now has over nineteen years of experience in IT infrastructure design and management. Ted's core operating principle for IT Weapons is that our consulting work should be business driven, not technology driven. Our sales and consulting teams must understand the business goals of the client first, and then work to realize those goals by implementing the correct IT solution. Under Ted's direction, IT Weapons remains dedicated to helping organizations lower their Total Cost of Ownership while maintaining the highest Return on Investment. Jason is one of the co-founders of IT Weapons. He has over fourteen years experience and a long list of industry certifications. Jason has worked in the design and implementation phases of some of the largest network deployments in North America and the Caribbean. From the server room to the board room, his technical and business expertise has been the cornerstone of our team's ongoing success. One of Jason's core operating principles is that "we don't sell things, we identify and solve problems." He is certainly a great mentor for our consulting team. He loves playing hockey, spending time with his boys, and travelling.

Rick manages all of IT Weapons' internal operations. He joined the team in 2001, bringing over 30 years of experience in Logistics, Sales, Accounting, and Business Management. He oversees all company accounting practices and building operations. Our business simply could not run without him. Rick's dedication and commitment to IT Weapons is unparalleled. He believes that members of our team flourish because they are surrounded by energy; "the enthusiasm here is contagious". Rick loves to play bridge, go fishing with his sons, and spend time with his loving wife. He even has a river in New Brunswick named after him!

Nuno joined IT Weapons in December 2003 as a co-op student. Since earning his Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson's Information Technology Management program, he has continued his professional development with vigour. He has acquired several high-level accreditations in Citrix and Microsoft technologies and is now one of our most valued senior consultants. Nuno has certainly embraced the IT Weapons vision, developing his own customer-centric mandate; "delivering the right solution on time and under budget." He is a proud member of our team and maintains that our work is the best in the field. When he's not working Nuno likes to go camping, ice-fishing, and playing poker. Ian's expertise as a Support Engineer, Technical Mentor, and a Technical Lead are essential in delivering enterprise-level system administration and support. When asked what he likes about IT Weapons, Ian kept it simple, "my team and my work". His hobbies include photography and model railroading. Ian also volunteers at the Halton County Radial Railway, restoring antique streetcars. He can work a Rubik's cube in under five minutes.

During his tenure there, Mike acted as an Account Manager, Purchasing Manager, Operations Manager, and most recently, Director of Technology and Business Systems. As our Managed Services business continues to grow, Mike's knowledge and expertise will play a critical role in IT Weapons' success. Robert Cheung
Sales Representative
Robert is a graduate of Humber College's Electrical Control Engineering program and he joined the IT Weapons Sales team in August 2010 with several years' experience in the IT distribution channel. He was attracted by the company's vision, our great people, and the positive atmosphere in the office. Robert is an avid hockey fan; playing in front of the net and watching from the stands. He even coaches a youth hockey team. In his spare time Robert also enjoys baseball, fishing and darts.
